Petunia

So here it is: you plant a few petunias.
All summer long, they multiply, you pull the
dried-up blossoms off and the stems continue
to lengthen... we were actually having to step over them
as they crept onto the patio.

I decided to name them, usually by their hues.
For some reason, we had an obvious majority of white petunias.
Better utilization of natural resources, I guess. Don't know for sure...
